Benefits of Coaching

For us, coaching is a very effective method of supporting individuals with issues that concern them as a person.

We see ourselves as classic coaches with very well-founded training and a clear attitude:

  • We make a clear distinction between consultation and coaching.
  • Only the coachee can evaluate and decide what is right for him / her.
  • We walk with the coachees on defined, secure paths until they find the answer they are looking for or need.
  • Only the coachee can change – not the coach.

Coaching is a matter of voluntariness and inner consent. It is even better to really want to change something. A very high level of confidentiality is required, which we consistently demand and maintain. We use coaching both as a personal development tool and as a problem-solving and clarification tool – as an independent offer and also embedded in complex contexts such as change and development projects. Rightplacement and Outplacement are further fields of application.

You will experience us as coaches, who have a very clear focus on the assignment, the clients and their real concerns. If this no longer matches, we always work towards a new clarification with the agreed confidentiality. Different coaches with specific knowledge, methods, and focuses are available depending on the topic and type. We may also use our diagnostic toolsINSIGHTS MDI® and Transfer Strength Method® where appropriate and needed.
